We have a dedicated Selection Committee, consisting of experienced and trained officers, whose primary function is to recruit personnel, conduct thorough background checks, and gather feedback to maintain a motivated and efficient team. The committee conducts extensive interviews and evaluations to ensure that our security personnel meet the highest standards.

MONITORING PROCESS

At Premises
To ensure that our personnel are performing their duties as expected, we conduct regular and random checks. This allows us to observe how well they apply their training on the job. These evaluations are critical for maintaining high-quality service.

At official accommodation
We provide accommodation for our workers and monitor their behavior and activities during their stay. This includes overseeing their cleanliness, adherence to work schedules, and punctuality. Attendance is tracked for each individual to ensure reliability and accountability.

TRAINING PROCESS

From the inception of Max Detectives & Security, we recognized the importance of providing comprehensive training to our personnel. As a result, we have established an industrial training institute offering both short-term and long-term courses, including refresher training. Upon certification, workers undergo On-the-Job Training (OJT), allowing them to experience real-world scenarios.

After training, we conduct counseling sessions to address any challenges workers may encounter during their job assignments. This ensures that our personnel are well-prepared and capable of handling all aspects of their responsibilities.

CONTROL ROOM

The Control Room at MDS serves as the hub for all operational activities. It receives daily reports from our security personnel, updates the database, and acts as a central point for communication. Our control room is manned 24/7, offering clients direct access to our services, even outside regular office hours. This ensures that we can promptly respond to any concerns or emergencies.

OPERATION PROCESS

• Upon receiving a new contract, our operations team conducts a thorough site survey to assess the requirements for various posts. A detailed report, including job descriptions, specifications, and responsibilities, is then submitted to the management team. Based on this information, the operations department is instructed to take the necessary actions to fulfill the client's needs.
• Monitoring – Initially, our personnel are closely monitored on a daily basis, and regular feedback is gathered from clients. This feedback, along with reports from our field officers, is used to evaluate employee performance on a weekly basis.
• Guard Controlling –Both day and night checks are conducted by field officers and unit in-charges to ensure that all security personnel are adhering to their duties.
• SOS Situation – In emergency situations, our control room can be immediately contacted for assistance. If needed, we are prepared to dispatch additional security personnel quickly to manage any situation effectively.
