SPECIALISED SELECTION PROCESS

The selection of our personnel is done under watchful eye of manager operation we try to put “ Square pegs in the Squares holes” It is through our vast & long experience in the trade which helps to select personnel who could be trained to become guards, cleaners, peons etc. Max Detectives & Security has an independent Selection Committee consisting of competent and trained officers. The primary function of the Selection Committee is to recruit personnel, verification of antecedents and take feedback to keep a motivated team.The Committee selects security personnel after extensive of the applicants.

MONITORING PROCESS

At Premises
Our regular & random checking helps us to know about the personnel during duty which is very important as we get to see our personnel actually putting into practice what they have been trained for.

At official accommodationMDS provides accommodation to our workers here we monitor their activities, behavior, cleanliness, time of leaving & coming back from premises of work. Attendance is maintained for each personnel.

TRAINING PROCESS

After inception of MDS we took lead and embarked upon the much-needed industrial training institute by conduction various short/long term and refresher. Once certified and trained workers undergo OJT (on the job training) to actually feel the job. Training courses completed by counseling session where workers are given solution to problems they might have faced on the job training.

UNIFORMS

We supply uniforms and ancillary equipment to our personnel. Maintenance of the uniforms is the responsibility of the personnel themselves.

REMUNERATION

Our men are being paid regularly every month on date and we take special care of fringe benefits under statutory requirements.

CONTROL ROOM

Control room of MDS acts as hub of all activities where daily reports of each security guard are received and database updated accordingly. Control room is manned 24 hours and our clients can get in touch with us. Control room is single place solution for communication, command and response after regular office hours.

OPERATION PROCESS

  • Transition Period – On being awarded a contract, our operation team surveys the site to access the requirement of the various posts. Report is compiled and submitted to the management that includes mainly, Job description, Job specification and Job responsibility of personnel. Based on the report, instructions are being given to the operation department to do the needful.
  • Monitoring – Initially workers are monitored daily and feedback is taken from client regularly. Based on the reports taken from client and checking officer, personnel performance is appraised on weekly basis.
  • Guard Controlling – Day and Night checks by field officers and unit incharge.
  • SOS Situation – In SOS situation, our control room can be contacted wherein we provide assistance as the situation may warrant. If needed we may send additional security force in a short span of time.
  • Management Meetings – We visit every unit from time to time and provide informal reporting. This also helps us to get feedback of our services and acts as a moral booster for the staff. In case of emergencies clients can directly access us at any point of time for immediate redressal.
